If you think you have mastered the art of walking and running you may be ready to take your personal workouts to a new level. Are you ready to give sprinting a try? If you have those last stubborn pounds that you are trying to loose then sprinting may be right up your alley. Try not to look at sprinting as something that is hard or difficult because it isn't. Don't even worry about how fast you are running, it really doesn't matter as long as you are getting the benefits that sprinting has to offer for you. Your speed probably won't be as fast as Usain Bolt.
Sprinting Form
* Make sure that you are running in a straight line. Like they say "The quickest way to A and B is a straight line."
* Keep your head forward looking straight ahead.
* Swing your arms up and down, not from side to side over your chest. This will slow you down.
If you haven't sprinted in awhile I would advise you to work your way up to sprinting. One key point to remember is to stretch your muscles before you ever think about sprinting. Sprinting should be on your list as a goal if you want to strive to be in the best shape of your life.
Sprinting Benefits
*Burn a lot more calories faster.
* Loose weight quicker.
* Healthier cardio vascular system.
* You will be able to keep up with the kids. lol
* Looser fitting clothes. ( Who doesn't like that! )
* More overall energy!
See how far sprinting can take you, the sky is the limit!
