Has anyone ever heard of the Cookie Diet? I have did a little research on this diet and their have been a lot of mixed reviews. Some people have had success, but their have been much more that haven't. The way the Cookie Diet works is that you have one cookie for breakfast, one cookie for a mid morning snack, another cookie for lunch and the last cookie you eat for dinner. The cookies have 150 calories each.
Cookies tend to make the average person eat more food. You will be much better off by just eating a sensible diet. These types of diets are just gimmicks to make you loose only one thing and that's your money. Don't forget the old saying "If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is."
Don't fall for it!
Diets like this will work for the short term because you are cutting your calories.( Hopefully while your are eating cookies all day!) You will soon put the weight back on because you are depriving yourself which is not what you want to do to loose weight.
These are one of those diets that you will probably want to stay away from. They even claim on their website that no exercise is required? When ever you hear a weight loss company say this, you should not even listen to one more word. It just doesn't make sense at all. Like I have said before "It's all about the dollar bill" You will be much better of by just eating a balance diet and exercise. This will keep the weight off for life. Every now and then you can treat yourself to a cookie.lol
