Working out should be a very worthwhile endeavor, but one thing that you should be very careful of is over training. Who want's to get in great shape, to get injured by not listening to their bodies.

I train about 5 days a week, I never have been a big fan of training 7 days a week. When would you ever get any rest and also a life? You should also have balance in your life which would help you stay consistent in your life. I found a good video for you to watch about the subject of over training. The trainers name is Bob Matthews.



Hope the video help a lot of people that are not listening to their bodies. I remember two years ago I was fatigued but I kept working out and I ended up with ligament damage in my elbow. Don't be like me, I learned the hard way! How did you cope with an injury from over training?
