Just because it is winter doesn't mean you have to stop running

I know what you are thinking? Why should I work out in the winter time? Well, if you start now instead of waiting until the spring time you will be in much better shape than people that have taken all winter off. Make sure that you stretch your muscles a little bit more than you normally would, if you are an avid runner give yourself a little more time to warm up. Believe me, the last thing you want to do is pull a muscle and not be able to work out at all.

When your body is warm and you are ready to really go after it. Keeping motivated in the winter can be a real challenge, but find something that motivates you to keep you going. Do you have what it takes to work out in the winter?
