You are probably asking yourself, how can I eat 5 meals in a day? I remember when I was over weight I was eating only 2 to 3 times a day, this was such a big mistake. When you eat only a couple of times a day, you tend to eat way too much because you are so hungry by the time that you do eat you over do it.

You will still be able to eat some of your all time favorites, but you will soon notice that you don't need to eat as much of them as you had before.
