If you have been working out for some time, you might notice that you may have hit some sort of plateau. It may seem like you may have hit a wall to where you cant advance your workouts. Their are many things that you can do to combat this problem, it will eventually happen to everyone that works out. So don't worry you can put your mind at ease. If you have been doing the same exercises for some time your body will eventually get used to it, and you won't be able to burn as many calories as you used too. Just think about it, who wants to do the same old exercises over and over it just gets boring after a while.
Have a workout plan
It's best to have a workout plan. You could make changes to your plan weekly to avoid boredom. If you change your workout plan every week you will never tire of your workouts. You may notice if you have that last 5 or 10 pounds to loose, changing your routine is a sure fire way to loose those last pounds. Try to focus on muscles that you may never workout that much.

6. Side abdominal
7. Shoulders
8. Forearms

As you can see you should never get bored with your workouts because their is so many muscles in your body that you can exercise. If you are the type of person that gets bored easy working out by yourself, maybe you could join an exercise class. They have many different classes such as palates, yoga, or aerobics. These type of exercises offer a great change of pace. It's always good to implement new exercise routines because it helps you refocus your mind and body. This is the key to living a healthy lifestyle an actually sticking with it long term. It doesn't even have to be major changes at all.
