Their are so many exercises that you can do at home. One good reason to exercise at home is that their are no costly commutes going back and forth to the gym, and that's a plus. You can have tremendous results working out at home, as long as you know what you are doing. Their are many exercises that you can do that only requires your own body weight.

Exercising at home is so more convenient!

If you are just unable to go to the gym. This is a great solution for individuals who work from home,and stay-at-home-moms. Look at all of the money you would save from joining a gym. The reason that I like exercising at home is because this is the way I got started. I didn't have any weights or any money to buy them back then,but I didn't let that stop me, and neither will you.

All you need to get results at home is a good exercise mat,some dumbbells, and some resistance bands. Don't let your hectic schedule or your long commutes discourage you from working out at home. More and more people are skipping working out ate the gym. Their are just to many distractions working out in the gym such as the opposite sex,waiting periods using the equipment, and the worst of all people not wiping down the equipment after they use it.........nasty!

Who wants to deal with that!

Being at home gives you the chance to pace yourself. Make sure that you change your routine every 4 to 5 weeks. The body will get adjusted to the workout, so that is why you need to changed.

Some of the exercises you can do at home are not limited are shoulder raises, push ups,seated rows,abdominal crunches and much more. Find out what motivates you to work out so that way you can stick with it. Do you have what it takes to exercise at home?
