Determination
You must have determination to succeed in the weight loss game. If you are a thick skinned person, you will not let what anyone says about you effect your weight loss goals. It might be your best friend that may not be as supportive in your weight loss goals. Be the bigger person and tell them why you are working out and the great benefits that go along with it. Did you know that friends can be the most critical about you working out, because they may not be working out. Don't let this effect you pressing forward with your goals.
Will power
Their are going to be those times when you are going to ask yourself, should I even continue with this? This is when you must have a strong will power to get you over the hump. Keep in mind that a strong will power is needed for anything that is worthwhile in life, and loosing weight is no different at all.
Self Discipline
Self discipline is a must when it comes to loosing weight. Think about it, you must have plenty of self discipline to stick with the proper diet that you have to have for your weight loss goals. Believe me, their will be times when it is much easier to have an unhealthy diet than a healthy diet. That's when your self discipline will kick in. I like the old quote "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" you also have to say this for loosing weight. Your self discipline for your workouts must be high also. Their will be times when you will have to dig down deep inside to get that extra rep in your workout. We all know of many people that want to loss weight and have zero self discipline. Don't be like these people, set your goals high and apply self discipline to help you succeed. Good luck in your weight loss goals. How bad do you want to loose weight?
