Their are so many ways that you can loose the weight. You just have to pick the right way to loose weight for yourself. Some of the ways shouldn't be used to loose weight that I will discuss with you. One diet that may have worked well for you, may not work well for the next person.
Diets that should be avoided
* Fasting type of diets should be avoided like the plague. You will loose weight quickly, but because you are restricting your calories so much the weight will come back quickly when you start eating again. Don't do it!
* Diets that only allow you to eat certain foods, like The Adkins Diet. You will loose weight, but your cholesterol will be sky high!
* I have even seen a diet called "The Cookie Diet" how can you loose weight and eat cookies all day. That's just not any common logic in that diet at all.
* Diet where you don't eat any starches at all. You just have to eat smaller amounts, not just avoid it all together.
Balanced diet is all you need
If you think about it, loosing weight is really not about "dieting" you are basically just eating from the 5 major food groups. The key is balanced diet, which means your getting all of your nutrients from the food groups properly portioned through out the day. Run from those diets cut out foods from certain groups. Making food changes can be difficult in the beginning, but just like anything else you will get used to it. Don't get discouraged, their will be times where you will not want to eat healthy. You just have to remember that you are in it for the long run. Go ahead and treat yourself at least ounce a week. This keeps you from going crazy!
