Don't over train
Try not to train everyday, your body needs time to recover from all of the fatigue and stress. If you were to train everyday your muscles wouldn't have time to repair and to grow itself. You should give your body at least 2 to 3 days a week rest period. If you were to weight train daily, you would open yourself up to injuries from fatigue. Don't risk getting injured, you would just loose all of your gains that you worked so hard to get.
Should I take supplements?
Supplements are good, but you don't need to take very many of them. If you are trying to build muscle you could use some basic creatine, which is naturally produced by your muscles. All you really need is a couple of good multi-vitamins is really all you need to help you build good muscle mass.
