Do you have a sugar addiction? Being addicted to sugar can get as bad as a drug addict is addicted to drugs. Not only will it mess up your teeth, it will also run up your doctor bill. It can also lead you to being overweight and a diabetic. so this is a habit that you must break.
Ways to kick the sugar habit
* Join a website forum with people that have similar problems.
* When you get a taste for something sweet, eat fresh fruit instead.
* Get all of the unhealthy sweets out of your house.
* If you start an exercise program to loose weight your need for sugar will decrease greatly.
* Read the carbohydrate levels in the food you eat.
* Instead of drinking all of the sugary drinks, only drink water. In time you will not even miss it.
* Get a gym membership.
* Start walking around the block.
* Join a weight loss club or group.
* Buy some good dvd's to get you back in shape.
As you can see, their is no reason for you to stay addicted to sugar. I'm telling you for a fact that you will feel so much better without all the sugar. Do yourself a favor and stop abusing the sugar today! What are some of the steps that you are going to take to get off the sugar?
