If you have ever been around kids, you know that most kids love to stay active. What you may not notice is that if your kid loves being active playing a t the playground, it can usually lead to a lifetime of physical fitness and overall good health.

When your kids get older, they greatly appreciate that you took the time to introduce them to living an active and healthy lifestyle. If your child has always been the type of kid that likes to be active, and then he no longer likes his favorite activities. Then you might have to remind them about all the benefits of staying healthy and active.


When your child is healthy and active they will have a much better outlook on life. Also they will most likely do better in school , and have a better social life.

Keeping kids active will benefit

1. Weight control issues.

2. Strong muscles and bones.

3. Sleep better at night.

4. Less likely to suffer from type 2 diabetes.

5. A much better outlook on life and their future.

I thing that they need to put more emphasis on physical education in the school system. That's why their are so many kids that are overweight and out of shape. It should be the top priority in school. If kids were more physically active at a young age, we would not have to spend so much on health care when the children grow up to be adults. Well that's what they say, the kids are the future. What would you do to your child if they refused to exercise?
