Your immune system is your body's defense to keep you from getting sick. Their are many things that you can do to boost your immune system.

Do you ever notice that some people seem to never get sick?

Make sure that you are eating a high quality diet. You should be eating your fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Vegetables and fruits are high in nutrients and vitamins. If you like to eat meat products, make sure that they are lean meats without all of the extra fats. If you eat like this daily, you will give your immune system a great boost.

Keeping your body hydrated is a must. When i say hydrated I'm not talking about beer and liquor......lol

Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water though out the day. Stay away from the sugary sodas and juices, which will rob you body of all of its minerals. You body will let you know if you are dehydrated, usually by the color of your urine. The darker your urine is, the more fluid you should consume.

I know this can be a tough one, but you have to make sure that you are getting the appropriate rest. You should be getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep each an every night.When you are not getting your rest you become vulnerable to flu, colds, and other viruses and bacteria.

Make sure that you are taking you vitamins daily. This will help boost your immune system, because sometimes you might not get all of your through the foods you eat. This will greatly help your immune system.
