Drink Water

If you drink a glass of water about 10 to 15 minutes before you eat, you will notice that you won't be as hungry as you normally are. Next time you get ready to eat something give it a try it works like a charm! This is much better at controlling your appetite than drinking all those sugary drinks that do nothing but make you hungrier because they are loaded with sugar. It's always best to drink 8 full glasses of water per day. You can drink your favorite sweet drink, but try to limit it to one time per day.

Get off your butt

The main reason people overeat is because they are living a sedentary lifestyle, this is just a breading ground for overeating. When you are watching tv for hours at a time you tend to not care what you are sticking in your mouth. Nine times out of ten it will be junk food. You will have to break this cycle and get off your butt! If you have ever had a problem with overeating, how did you fit the problem?
