Have you been thinking lately that you need to drop a few pounds? Have you stood in front of the mirror looking at yourself from a side profile, and seeing your stomach overlap your belt? This is something that you have control over. All you have to do is take the necessary steps to get your self back in shape. Just remember that you didn't get into your current shape over night, so it will take some time to get back in shape. Just think about it, you can safely loose 2 to 3 pounds per week. That's about 30 pounds in 3 months. Just imagine how much better you will look and feel when you step on that scale and you are 30 pounds lighter! This would be a life changing experience for you.
Some of the great benefits of weight loss
1. You will have so much more energy.
2. Clothes will fit so much better.
3. You will sleep and rest so much better.
4. Posture will be so much better, and you will have a higher self confidence that everyone will see.
5. Metabolism will be so much higher, and you will be able to eat more through out the day.
Some of the negatives of loosing weight
NONE!
Increase your metabolism
If you want to loose weight you will have to increase your metabolism. It's not something that's difficult to do. You just have to change the way you eat your food. Instead of eating 2 to 3 large meals a day, try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. This will boost the way your body burns fat. The funny thing about this is that you probably will be eating more than you were before, but this time you will be loosing weight. Think of your metabolism as a fire. When you put a couple of logs on the fire it will continue to burn. If you dump a bunch of logs on the fire it will burn out. Your body's metabolism works the same way. So keep your fire burning and you will never have to worry about the weight gain again. What has been keeping you from loosing the weight?
