Are you at a big risk to get diabetes?

Diabetes is a disease in which your body can't make enough insulin. Insulin regulates the blood sugar, when your body can't regulate sugar it will cause damage to your entire body if it is not controlled. I would have to say that diabetes is something that is totally avoidable. Most people get this disease from very poor eating habits, and mostly little or no exercise. If you are the type of person that eats a lot of sugar, you have a much greater chance of getting diabetes.



Diabetes Symptoms

If you have a family history of diabetes, it's probably a good idea that you get tested for diabetes. Don't be afraid the test is a very simple. It's much better to know early on then to find out later after the disease has progressed.

* Frequent urination

* A run down feeling.

* Feeling hungrier than normal.

* Poor declining eye site.

* Feeling of being thirsty a lot.

* Sudden weight loss for no logical reasons.

Also if you have some sort of wound that doesn't really heal that well.These are all symptoms that need to be checked out as soon as possible.

* You might have a tingling or a numbness sensation in your hands and feet.

* Vaginal yeast infections.

* Bladder infection.

* Skin Troubles.

* Sore gums.

If you have to get treatments for diabetes, the doctor will probably put you on a strict diet an exercise program. If you find out that you are a diabetic, don't feel sorry for yourself. The affects of diabetes can be reversed with your new diet and workout plan. If you are not a diabetic you will probably want to start working out and eating healthier foods.
