If you are working out and trying to live a healthier lifestyle for yourself, you will definitely come across some haters. Haters are people that are around you that have nothing positive to say about your weight loss goals and plans. What's funny about this is that sometimes haters can be your own family members.
They can say hurtful things like
* Don't waste your time by working out.
* Your going to gain the weight back.
* Your going to have to buy new clothes?
(Which is a good thing!)
Don't even listen to this garbage. If you do listen to it long enough you will start believing what they are saying. The The best thing to do in a situation like this is to tell the haters that you respect what they have to say, but this is something that you have to do for yourself. With haters, if they see that you are serous about something they will back off. Hell, those same people that have been hating on you will be easy to turn into believers.
I have seen some people that hate like that actually ask for advice on how they could loose weight and live a healthy life style like you have chosen to live. How ironic!
Ways to use this as motivation
* Think about how much better shape you will be in than your fellow haters.
* If you think about it being it, being a hater is just being jealous.
* Don't be afraid to show off, when the haters are around you.
Someone hating on you shouldn't keep you from staying motivated about reaching your goals. So just use this as a motivating factor. This is something that you can thank all of your haters for!
