Are you eating to much food and gaining weight?

Have you looked at the weight scale lately and noticed that you have gained a considerable amount of weight? Well you are not alone. You have probably been gaining weight over the years by eating a lot of unhealthy foods that have caused you to gain weight.Their are plenty of steps you can take to stop gaining weight and actually loose weight. If you make gradual  changes to your diet, you will notice how better that you look and feel.

Is pizza one of your favorite foods? How many slices of pizza do you normally eat? If you say 5 or 6 slices this is way to much. I want you to try something, the next time you go to eat pizza drink a full glass of water before you eat. This will give you a satisfaction of feeling more full before you eat. After you do this try to eat the pizza much slower, this will send signals to the brain that you are full.If you do this you will find out that you probably will only eat about 2 to 3 slices, instead of the 5 to 6 that you have been eating.




These are proven principals to get your mind and body used to eating less food, feeling more satisfied, and loosing weight. It's nothing scientific to loosing weight. If you cut back on you calories you will be able to loose weight quickly. When you make your switch over to healthy foods, you will already have a habit of eating less.

Things you can do to stop weight gain

1. Join a fitness gym, they are always running membership specials all the time.


2. If you think that loosing weight is to hard for you, think about joining a weight loss club. They have plenty of resources to get you fit quickly.

3. For exercise you can simply start by walking around your block.

4. If the gym is not your thing, you could purchase exercise equipment and set up your very own home gym. You don't really need a lot of equipment. Just the basic like weight bench, dumbbells, weights, and a treadmill and you are set.
