The question that a lot of people have been asking lately is how do I loose fat? This doesn't have to be as hard as you think. You first have to analyze your current diet that you are on. Does you current diet support loosing fat? If not you will have to make some changes that will help you burn a lot of the stored fat that you have on your body.
Eat healthier foods
Eat foods that are not processed. Its best to eat fresh foods and cook them yourself, because you know exactly what is in them.
Fruit and vegetables
Fill your stomach with plenty of fruits an vegetables, they have plenty of vitamins and minerals. Their are just so many different fruits and vegetables that you can buy like apples, oranges, grapes, broccoli, spinach, green beans........ect
Protien
Chose meats that are lean. This will help you build an maintain muscle mass. You can get protein from fish, poultry, dairy products, and lean beef.
Drink plenty of water
You should always drink plenty of water. Water will keep your body hydrated and also keep you from overeating. By all means try to avoid excess alcohol, soda and fruit juice because they are loaded with sugar that will keep that fat around your the midsection..
Eat more often
If you eat more frequently you will not be as hungry and your blood sugar will be stable. Especially if you are looking to get a flat stomach that you have been wanting to get. Try to eat 6 small meals instead of 2 or 3 large meals that you probably been eating. The key is to try to eat something every 2 to 3 hours to keep your metabolism revved up like a race car!
Cardio
If you are trying to get a lean body, cardio will help you speed up the process. The best way to do this is to go running at the track or you could run on the treadmill. Keep in mind that you still have to eat healthy. Your heart rate should be elevated for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Fat loss diet Example
* Breakfast - Eggs with onions and bell peppers, 100% whole wheat toast and water.
* Snack - Apple with cottage cheese.
* Lunch - Chicken breast, brown rice, and a small salad.
* Snack - Granola bar.
* Dinner - Fish, spinach, and mixed vegetables.
* Snack - Fruit or cottage cheese.
As you can see you will be eating often throughout the day, so you will not feel the need to overeat. You can change up your meals to fit your taste, but keep your eating cycle close to the example above to loose weight. Do you think you will have any trouble changing your eating habits?
