When you first start working out you should ask yourself, should you get a fitness trainer or not? Especially if you are the type of person that need a little motivation to exercise. Finding the right fitness trainer for you can be a daunting task.

Aggressive Trainer

Are you the type of person that doesn't mind people getting on you? If you are that type of person you probably don't mind being taught by a tough minded, no excuses type of trainer. He will get the most out of you, and intern you will have greater physical results.

Passive Trainer

You just might be the type of person who likes to be pushed to a certain limit. Then you would need a passive trainer, one that will push you enough but not to the point to where you don't want to look at them any more.

Military Trainer

If the other type of trainers didn't work out for you, then you probably need a trainer like the one above. One that doesn't really care about your feelings or his for that matter. Now you might think that this trainer is crazy, but believe it or not he is respected by his clients. I like to call this extreme training.........lol
This is something to think about, but would you let this guy be your trainer?
