How to gain weight and loose fat

Are you tired of being to thin? Their are a lot of people in your shoes that would like to gain weight. This is a very unique situation to be in because like we know, their are so many people trying to loose weight. I will give you some helpful tips to help you safely put on weight. The first thing you  will want to do is to change the way you are eating your food. If you are eating small meals 5 to 6 times a day, you should begin to eat 2 to 3 larger portioned meals.  This will slow down your metabolism, so you will be able to gain the weight.


Things you should also do

1. Eat plenty of protein. This will help you put on muscle mass. Try to keep your protein that you eat lean and low in fat. Eat plenty of chicken, fish and red meat.

2. Add a nutritional supplement to your diet, creatine is a great supplement to take because it really fuels your muscles.

If you have been doing a lot of cardio it would be a good idea to cut back on it a little bit until you reach your desired weight.

When you are working out be sure to decrease your reps and slowly increase the weight that you are lifting. This will greatly increase your muscle mass and in turn increase your weight.

When you put on the muscle mass watch how many compliments you will get. Walk with your chest out! You deserve it. Watch how people will begin to show you more respect.
