If you plan on getting six pack abs you must be VERY discipline in your diet and workout plan. You may have failed to reach your goal of getting a six pack in the past, but I will give you some useful information on getting that washboard stomach that everyone wants but know one wants to sacrifice for.
Doing exercises that work your abdominal muscles are only part of the equation. One thing that you have to do is an overall exercise program that will get your body lean. This is what actually shows off the muscles of your abs. When you have that small layer of fat, it does nothing but hide all of your abdominals.
Exercises you can do to get that flat stomach
Lay flat on your back, place your hands straight by your side. Fold your legs by the ankles and raise them about waist level.
Do these for 3 sets of 15 or 3 sets of 10
If you don't have a exercise ball make sure that you get one. They are very inexpensive, you can purchase one for about $10. Believe me it is worth every penny if you want to get those flat abs. You would spend $10 on just going out to eat one time!
Their are many different exercises that you can do with an exercise ball. Don't forget that you do have to do a lot of cardio to get a flat stomach. It's nothing like looking down an be able to see your shoes! lol Their were times when I couldn't even do that. I hope this tip helps you out.
