Have you ever noticed that the weight loss infomercials seemed to be full of paid actors? All of these people in the infomercials have chiseled arms and six pack stomachs. Does this actually represent a majority of people around the world? Now I have nothing against the people behind these infomercials, because I know they are trying to make a profit. How about putting actual real people in their infomercials use in their exercise products that they are pitching. I think a lot of these companies would do this they would see their sales increase so much more.
Wouldn't it be nice to see someone that is not in perfect shape using their equipment. As person trying to get in better physical shape, it would be good to see other people that look like me. I would be more motivated to buy a product that I can see someone with a physical build like mines using their equipment. In your opinion do you think that this is the right way for exercise equipment companies to market their equipment to the masses?
