Loosing 5 pounds is something that is very easy. How many of you woman out their want to drop a dress size or two? Guys! Are your jeans starting to get to tight on you? If you are able to loose 5 pounds quickly, this could be something that sparks you into loosing more weight. You know that they say that the first five pounds are the easiest to loose. I will give you a couple of tips that will take that five pounds off you in a week!

Change diet

If you are eating 2 to 3 times a day, just modify it to 5 to 6 times a day. Make sure that your meals are very small and no more than 300 calories each.

Motivation

Think of someone that is famous that has a body that you would like to have. I know it's only 5 pounds, but the key should be to focus on your long term goals. This is just top get you started in the weight loss game. Bigger and better things await you!

Exercise

Loosing those five pounds through exercise is something that should be easy for you to do. It could be something as simple as just going for a daily walk. If you go out for your walk every day the 5 pounds should melt away in about a week. By then it will really be time to rev-up you weight loss!
