If you would like to loose weight fast their are some things that you can do to accomplish this feat.To do this you will need to drastically cut your calories. Say for instance if you have been consuming around 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day.
All you would have to do is to cut your calories down to about 1,500 to 1,700 per day. When you cut your calories this way, you will want to spread them out the entire day. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, this will greatly increase your metabolism.
To loose weight fast you must!
* Eat a good healthy breakfast. This will keep you going the rest of the day.
* Get at least 30 minutes to an hour of strenuous exercise 5 days a week. You should combine weight lifting and running. You should mainly concentrate on cardio vascular exercises.
* Do not consume any carbohydrates!
* Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
* Limit Alcohol.
If you complete these steps listed you should be able to loose between 10 to 15 pounds in about 3 weeks! This is a great way to jump start your new weight loss program. Keep in mind that you should make this transition into healthy living part of your lifestyle. I you loose weight quickly in the beginning it does boost your confidence that you are making progress and that's what keeps you motivated.
