Have you ever been so stressed out that you didn't know what to do? Their are just so many bad habits that people tend to pick up because they are stressed out with everyday life. People get stressed out about family, work, money.......ect. Why not use that energy towards something that will do you some good like working out and staying healthy.
Stress can lead to
1. Eating too much.
2. Drinking to much alcohol.
3. Nasty smoking habit. Stop Smoking Now!
4. Constantly in a bad mood.
( Who want's to be around someone like that)
5. Gaining a lot of weight. ( Beer belly )
6. High blood pressure. ( Numerous health problems )
7. A feeling of worthlessness.
8. Little or no social life.
As you can see their is not much good about stress if you let it manifest. One thing that you will notice is how good you will feel when you exercise or go for a run. Whatever you are stressed about will be a distant memory, because you are doing something that will get your mind off of your problems. Not just constantly thinking about something that is bringing you down.
Sometimes being stressed cab be a good thing as far as your workouts are concerned because you will bring more intensity when you are working out. I have found out that getting a punching bag is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment that I own. Instead of me coming home from a hard days work feeling tired and stressed, I take my frustrations out on the punching bag. You feel so much better after a session on the punching bag. I would recommend to anyone a punching bag set, it's such a good stress reliever and a great work out. What are some of the things that you do to combat stress?
