Monday                                               

Breakfast                                            
  •  1 bagel with cream cheese                                     
  • Piece of your favorite fruit
  • 8 to 10 ounces of orange juice 
Mid-morning snack
  • Granola bar
  • 8 ounce glass of milk 
Lunch
  • Chicken breast
  • 3 cups of green beans
  • 1 piece of 100% whole wheat bread
  • 1 large cup of water 
Mid-afternoon snack
  • 1 sandwich with lean meats 
Dinner
  • 1 pork chop
  • steamed broccali
  • 1 wheat roll
  • 1 cookie for dessert 

Tuesday

Breakfast
  • 1 bowl of Raisin Brand Cereal with 2% milk
  • 1 banana
Mid-morning snack
  • 1 orange
  • Handful of nuts
Lunch
  • 1 to 2 slices of pizza with a salad
  • 1 large glass of water 
Mid-afternoon snack 
  • Trail mix
  • 1 cup of juice
Dinner
  • Baked fish
  • Brown rice
  • Corn
  • 1 rice crispy treat


Wednesday

Breakfast
  • 2 eggs (cooked in olive oil)
  • 2 strips of turkey bacon
  • 1 small glass of 2% milk
Mid-morning snack
  • Tuna fish
  • Wheat crackers
  • Raisins
  • 1 large cup of water  
Lunch
  • 1 Low fat hot pocket
  • 2 cups of broccoli 
  • 1 Cup of water
Snack
  • 1 Granola bar
  • 1 large cup of water

Dinner
  • 1- 8 ounce steak
  • 3 cups of mash potatoes
  • Salad with low fat dressing
Thursday

Breakfast
  • 1 bowl of oatmael
  • Raisins
  • 1 glass of juice
Mid-morning snack
  • Peanut butter with wheat crackers
  • Small glass of milk 
Lunch
  • Pasta with cut up chicken breast
  • Green peas
  • Small salad 
  • 1 large cup of water 
Mid-afternoon snack
  • Low fat fruit bar
  • 1 apple
Dinner
  • 2 fajita tacos
  • Large salad with low-fat dressing
  • 1 cup of water 
Friday

Breakfast
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Bowl of grits
  • 1 cup of orange juice
Mid-morning snack
  • 1 lean hot pocket
  • 1 large cup of water 
Lunch
  • 1 hamburger made with 90% less fat beef with light mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes
  • Baked fries
  • 1 cup of water 
Mid-afternoon snack
  • Tuna fish
  • Crackers 
Dinner
  • Baked chicken
  • Asparagus
  • Small serving of macaroni and cheese

  1. I like the variety in ur menus. Do u know about how many calories each consists of...approximately? I've started YET another weight loss journey after my child but this is the LAST..lol. This is lifelong for me so I will be checking our ur site for tips, ect...thanx for the info! =)
