Have you ever been frustrated about your current weight? Always remember that subtle changes that you make can have a drastic effect on your loosing weight and inches that you need to loose.
Did you know that you can drop 5 pounds in a week just by eliminating soda from your diet? It doesn't have to be anything drastic is what I'm trying to say. You can even have a occasional soda ounce a week to treat yourself. A way to reverse your current state is to increase the way your body burns fat so you can start loosing the weight and inches.
You can do this through your diet and exercise. When you do these steps that I will list for you, the inches and pounds will melt off.
Loose inches and pounds by
- Take note of your current eating behaviors. Analyze the food that you are currently eating, also analyze how often are you eating. (This has a lot to do with your metabolism speed)
- Eliminate the use of salt to prepare your food. Their are many substitutes that you can use to prepare your foods with.
- Are you currently exercising? I'm not talking about walking back and forth to the kitchen. Eating right and exercising is all tied in together to increase the way your body burns fat.
Ways to increase your metabolism
- Eat small meals with no more than 300 calories 5 times a day. (Eat every 3 hours)
- Drink plenty of water through the day. It should be 8 glasses a day, I know it seems like a lot but if you spread it out over the course of the day it's not so bad.
- Their is just no way around exercise if you want to start loosing pounds and inches. Even if you haven't been active in a while, you have to start somewhere.
- Start walking around your block.
- If running is too hard on your joints try riding a bicycle, because it will be much easier on the joints.
- Weight lifting also helps you tone up and loose unwanted weight.
