Some of you that begin your weight loss plan will hit a wall.You may start to feel that you are just not getting the results that you think you should get. Don't stop now, this is when you should review your weight loss goals that you have set up for yourself.
If you keep your goals in front of you, you will be less likely to give up on it. One of their keys to weight loss is not only just your diet and nutrition but mainly your determination when times get tough, which will happen from time to time.
Don't try to loose a lot of weight very quickly!
- You should be loosing no more than 2 to 3 pounds per week.
- Mix in some of your favorites with your diet. If you like pizza eat a slice or two. The key to loosing weight is balance. If you were to only eat healthy food, do you think you would be able to do this long term? Probably not. The odds are not in your favor.
Most of the reasons I hear about people loosing interest in their workouts is that they just get bored. You have to mix up your workouts. Try different exercises that you have never done before. This keeps your workouts fresh. It's hard to get bored with your workouts if you keep everything new and fresh. If their is a running trail that you run frequently, change it up every now and then. This will rejuvenate your run. Try and see!
So you are not alone if you are going through the workout blues. Just remember to change it up! When you do this your workout blues won't last long at all. Don't stop now!
