One thing that I have noticed is that it is very hard to get people to eat smaller meals to loose weight. They know everything about the concept of eating smaller meals, but it's hard to convert people over. If you seriously would like to loose weight you will have to change your eating style to get the weight off.
I know that it's hard to follow any specific diet, but I think you should find a middle ground when it comes to the food that you like and what you should be eating.
What do you mean by smaller meals?
I mean meals that are from 250 to 295 calories per meal. The thing about doing this is that you can eat some of your favorites just as long as it fits in this specific calorie range. By eating this way you won't feel deprived. You want your eating plan not to feel like your typical "diet." Most diets that people get on never last, because they have to many restrictions.
Think about this!
How long would you stay on a diet that never lets you eat your favorites? Probably not that long at all. When you are eating smaller meals try to space them apart with no more than 6 meals total for the day. My point is this, you have to enjoy your new eating plan to stick with it. If you begin to eat this way you will loose the weight and you will not want to eat the old way you used to eat. Believe me, I have been their!
