 This is a great ball exercise for beginners. This is a very simple exercise in which you are on your knees with you hands on the ball. As you are leaning forward on the ball, you are contracting you abs as you go out and come back forward.

This is also another great ab exercise. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8. Keep in mind that you are working out your abs, so try not to put much emphasis on your arms. If you keep your abs engaged you should feel a very deep burn.

If you are feeling this you know that you are doing the exercise correctly. This is a great exercise to add to you repertoire. You can do this exercise two to three times a week. This is a great way to burn fat if combined with cardio.
