Exercise ball calf raise one leg

This ball exercise is very similar to the regular calf raise, but the main difference is that you are standing on one leg. Don't worry about your balance because the ball will support you.  This is a great way to isolate the calf muscles. 

I you are willing to put in the work with this exercise you will have those strong calf muscles that you have been looking for .

   
When you are doing these calf raises try to go up as high as you can. Make sure that you pause at the top of the calf extension for for 2 seconds then release. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of eight for both legs. 

Calf exercises are often ignored. As you will learn doing these exercise ball calf raises will gave great effect on the other exercises that you will be doing.
