Exercise ball calf raise

If you are looking to get those long lean strong calf muscles this is the workout that you must do. What I really like about this exercise is just the simplicity of it.
Take the exercise ball and place it on the wall with your body leaning against it.
Raise your body as high as you can using nothing but your calf muscles.
You should be able to pump out about 3 sets of 10 for this exercise. Everyone would love to have lean calf muscles, but you are the one that is actually doing something to get them.
In the future I will give you plenty on different calf exercises that you will be able to do to keep you from getting bored.
Always remember to constantly change your workout routine. This will confuse your muscles because that is when you will get the most benefit from your workouts.
