Exercise ball chest fly singles

  The chest fly single exercise is great because it isolates the chest muscle. You are also getting an ab workout because you have to use you ab muscles to balance your self.

  For this exercise you will want the ball to be on your mid back area using your feet as the base. Choose a weight that you are comfortable with.
 
Make sure that you keep a firm grip on the dumbbell. You will want to bring the dumbbell all the way up to the center position and pause for 2 seconds.
 
Bring the dumbbell back down to your start position. Try to do 3 sets of 6 until you get used to this exercise.
You are well on your way to getting that sexy chest that everyone loves! This exercise will have all the heads turning when you strut your stuff on the beach!
