This chest fly exercise will help you burn all of your chest fat fast! Guys, if you are tired of walking around with man boobs this will do the trick! Ladies, this will also lift you breast to give you that great look that you have been looking for.
Just like the other chest exercises, make sure that you are lifting a weight that you are comfortable with. With both of the dumbbells in your hand, bring the dumbbells up in a circular motion and touch them together.
When the dumbbells are touching together, squeeze them together for 2 seconds and then slowly release and go all the way back down as far as you can go.
