Exercise ball deltoid raise with bent elbows

 With this exercise you will lie with the exercise ball underneath your stomach. You should be looking forward with your hand on the dumbbells. The dumbbells should be in a straight position as shown on the illustration.

 You elbows should be in a bent position as you bring the dumbbells up. Make sure that you pause for one second, and release back to the floor. This is your first rep.



Try to do 3 reps of 6 until you get used to it. This exercise will work your rear back muscles. This exercise will not make you big and bulky, but it will get your back muscles lean and cut!
