 Exercise ball deltoid row

This exercise should be done with you lying on your stomach on top of the ball. Your legs should be straight as seen in the illustrations. You will need two dumbbells for this exercise.

Choose a weight that you are most comfortable with. Lift the weight up as high as you can, this will work your deltoid muscles. Try to do 3 sets of five until you get used to it.



This will give you the great shoulders that you have been looking for. Just imagine how good you will be looking when you hit that beach. I guarantee that you will be turning heads if you keep doing this exercise!
