Exercise ball dumbbell press

The ball should be places at your upper  back area as seen on the illustration above. Pick a weight that you are comfortable with for this exercise.
 
Bring the dumbbells straight up until your elbows are locked, hold for 1 second and comeback down. Try to stretch your chest muscles on the way down.
 
If you are having balance problems with this exercise, just spread you feet a little bit wider this should solve your balance issues. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8. Keep it up! You will look good when I get through with you! (smile)
