Exercise ball fall off

This is such a great exercise because it causes you to use your balance. For this exercise you will want to lie on your back on top of the exercise ball. With your arms straight, roll to the right side and pause for 3 seconds.

This exercise will keep your abdominal constantly engaged. If you are having trouble keeping your balance doing this exercise, keep your hands lower until you feel more comfortable.
This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 10. Going from left to right is 1 rep. Make sure that you legs are flat on the ground. If you get really advanced in this exercise, you can use dumbbells which will strengthen you arms and chest also.


Keep in mind that their are many more exercises that you can do with the exercise ball. You will never get bored if you constantly change up your exercise ball routines!
