Exercise ball half circle crunch

This is a great exercise to have an alternative to the plain ball crunch exercises. For this exercise you will need to lie flat on your back with you hands straight above your head.
Your feet should be straight and supporting the ball with both feet. As you are bringing the straight up in a vertical position, your hands should be parallel with the ball. Grab the ball with you hand and bring you hands back above you head. Repeat
This will seem strange at first but you will get used to it. Do 3 sets of 6, you will be able to work your way up in no time!
Not only does this exercise work your core muscles, but it also works your arms too! This should be combined with cardio exercises so you can burn extra calories so you will be able to see your abs.
