For the exercise you will be required to stand on one leg and place your other foot on top of the exercise ball. 
You will want to slowly roll the ball towards you body and to  pause for 2 second and roll it back out again.


 Doing this ball exercise will help your hip and upper thigh areas. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 10 with back and forth counting as one time.

Their are just so many routines that you can do with the exercise ball. The balls are fairly inexpensive and they will last you for a long time.
