Exercise ball hug the bear

This exercise can be done either sitting or on your knees like the illustration shown above. You are simply placing the ball between your hands and squeezing for 3 seconds and then retracting.


  This great exercise also works your shoulders too! Try to do 3 sets of 10 for this chest exercise. I want you to envision the way you want your body to look and go for it!
