Exercise ball leg curl

This exercise is strictly for the butt. As you lie on your back, place your feet firmly on top of the ball with your hands placed on the ground.
Lift yourself up off the floor using nothing but your butt muscles. Lift yourself up as far as you can.
This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8. If you are having trouble keeping the exercise ball under your feet, just use a wall to keep the ball from slipping.
If you are looking to take some inches off those hips this is the exercise that you will want to keep in you workout arsenal.
The great thing about exercising with the exercise ball is that it doesn't take up much space at all. All of the exercises can be done in a small room.
