If you are having balance issues and you just need a push up exercise that is a little bit easier, I haven't forgot about you. This exercise is much easier if you are a beginner.
Place both hands on the ball about 8 inches apart, go all the way down and come all back. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 10.
Keep up the good work. No one said that loosing weight and living a healthy life would be easy. One thing that you will notice is that you will feel so much better. If you push your body, it will reward you!
