This exercise requires you to have pretty good balance. If you are having balance problems with this exercise, just spread your legs a little bit farther apart.


This not only works out your arms and shoulders, it also works out you lower back too! Go down as far as you can and come all the way back up until you can lock your elbows.


Try to do 3 sets of 6 until you are able to do more. This exercise will get you in GREAT shape in no time. Remember what you are doing now is a lifestyle change not just a quick fix!
