Exercise ball reverse leg curl

This is a great exercise to work your back hamstring muscles. You will want to lie on your back with you legs on top of the ball, with your hands placed at your side.
You will slowly bring the ball back to your body using your feet. This exercise also works your butt muscles. When you bring the ball back to your body as far as you can go pause for 2 seconds and then release. Repeat this ball exercise in 3 sets of 10.
This is a great exercise if you are trying to get your body beach ready!
