Exercise ball seated shoulder raises

 This exercise is also great for your shoulders. You will want to sit on the ball. With 2 dumbbells places on the side in front of you, place dumbbells in each hand.

Bring both of the dumbbells up as far as you can bring them up, then pause for 2 seconds. Slowly bring the dumbbells down back to the floor and repeat.

This exercise should be done 3 sets of 8. Pick a weight that you are comfortable with. You can always increase your weight as you get used to it.


Don't stop now! Just this think about how good you will look when you are walking on that beach! They will call you "head-turner" because you will make all the heads turn.
