This exercise should be done sitting on the floor with the exercise ball placed on your ankles. You arms and legs should be fully extended. Your feet should be extended out and relaxed.
You should then bring your feet towards you, but make sure that you are keeping your arms straight as possible. This exercise will greatly increase your lower leg strength and will help you in other exercise that you will be doing to stay in shape.
This ball exercise is fairly easy and should be done in 3 sets of 10. This exercise and the other great ball exercises for the legs will give you those long lean legs that you have always wanted.
