  This great exercise works you entire shoulder muscle. If you have been looking for a shoulder exercise that works. This is it! For this exercise you will lie on your stomach on the exercise ball.

Take it easy with this exercise, only lift a comfortable amount of weight that you can handle. To get started with this exercise you should place 2 dumbbells in front of you.
Do one side at a time until you get used to it. Extend the dumbbell up as far as you possible can. When you make it to your peak extension, pause for 2 seconds and come back down to a starting position.
Repeat the same method with the opposite arm. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8. You should feel a burning in your shoulders on the last reps.
This is a great shoulder exercise because it really works the shoulder area. This exercise really gets your shoulders nice and cut. This exercise can be tough, but it is a must if you want to challenge yourself. Go for it!
