Exercise ball sit-up crunch
Illustrations 
This is just a little different from the basic crunch. The ball should be placed in the middle back area. Your hands should be placed behind your head.
With this exercise you don't have to come up as far, don't worry because you will feel it in your abs! Try to go for 3 sets of 8.




Keep it up! You will be in shape in no time. I know it may be tough, but think about how good you will look and feel. No one can take that away from you. It's always a good idea to alternate the different ab ball exercise to keep things fresh.

  2. Diandra I have a 5 day eating plan that will give you an idea on the types of food that you should be eating. Try to eat 5 to 6 times a day, make sure they are small meals. This eating plan should have you on track to loose those 30 pounds

    Combine with moderate exercise and you will be ready for the beach!

  3. Hi, I am 23, 5'0 and weigh around 135 lbs...really overweight. My family has always been big on three huge meals daily and its hard to break the habit but I'm willing to try the 5 or 6 meals. My question is- what types of foods do you recommend and how long would it take to loose 20 lbs if I incorporate exercise?

    I know that family can be a big influence on your diet. Try top eat plenty of fruits and vegetables through out the day, and you can treat your self one meal of your choice every day.

    Mia this will greatly change your metabolism so you will begin to loose weight. Try to stay away from packaged foods because they are loaded with saturated fats. If you follow these steps you should be able to loose the weight in about 5 to 6 weeks loosing 3 to 4 pounds per week.
